Saw a show, not listed, in 1974 at William Paterson College in NJ David with full band opening for Randy Newman. There were problems with the sound system and David played solo acoustic, unamplified, while it was corrected. Would not take requests. Randy Newman came out and the first thing he said was "What do you want to hear?"
In 1985 saw David solo at Godfrey Daniels in Bethlehem, PA. He pulled up a chair, set his drink on our table, and proceeded to play. Closest seat I've ever had at a concert.

I was a grad student at Univ. of Michigan '69-'72 and I remember going to see David play at the Ark in Ann Arbor several times then. I don't see these gigs on the list.

Gonna see David's quartet in Clearwater FL this Friday January 2013 - temps in the 80s....David played Vanderbilt in Nashville in an outdoor free show with other artists in the spring of 78 (or 77) , but its not on the list - great show - he spiced up "don't know much about geometry"....etc. by adding thermonuclear radiotometry or something like that - wild show with kegs in the crowd and a friend giving away free marijuana cigarettes - great celebration f spring!

There was a show at a place in Clifton Park, NY then known as Tiger's Pub. It eventually became Northern Lights and is now the Upstate Concert Hall. It was possibly best of the 50+ DB shows I have ever seen. Unfortunately, I can't remember date so I have never been able to find it. Early-mid 80's I believe.

Wondering about a show I don't see listed at Fillmore East in February 1970. Pretty sure David was backing up Doug Kershaw...he and another band member joined our table next door at Ratners Deli after the late show..lots of good stories told.

Just saw the band this weekend (9/2/12) in Rhode Island,excellen t set!

June 29, 30 & July 1, 1973, David performed at the old time bluegrass festival held in Valley View Park outside Hellam, PA. I saw him there. There's a poster from the festival on line. It was just a little wooden stage up in the hills but an amazing list of musicians appeared there--including B.B. King.

Forgot to mention that I am eagerly looking forward to City Winery show on August 19. Had a great time not too long ago at same venue when David appeared with Jorma Kaukkonen (the "alter kocker" show as David dubbed it).
